Our Barking Moonbat of the Month for February 2009 is the House Minority leader, John Boehner of the GOP, who is snarking for snarking's sake, just generically cranky and Pee-Oh'ed. After all, it's "My way or the highway" to these spoiled Boomer fanatics.
